			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Man, did I make the most wonderful treats within the last two days!! I wish I had my camera to show you all just how TASTY they are! I even forgot the recipes at home, so I will have to post them tomorrow since I work again tonight at Fabutan. </p>
<p>The first ones I made were called Peanut Butter Protein Balls, all you add were peanut butter, honey, protein powder, rice krispies and some other ingredients and they reminded me of some cookies my grandmother used to make.</p>
<p>And, today I made Chocolate Almond Protein Balls. They have unsweetened cocoa, protein powder, honey, anddried apricots and you roll them into balls, then roll them around in crushed almonds!! <strong>SOOO GOOD!</strong></p>
<p>So I leave you this morning with one of my favorite shows BIGGEST LOSER &#8220;<strong>Before and After</strong>&#8221; photos!!</p>

<p>Just look how tiny they got!! This proves that anybody can loose the weight if they REALLY want to!! <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Me and Kyle have our weigh in today, I&#8217;m a little nervous since I treated myself to like a tablespoons of peanut butter last night.. so I cheated..lol Maybe I&#8217;l walk it all off at lunch!! </p>
<p>OH! and I almost forgot, they are opening a gym here at my work (Hospital) for 16$ a month!! Is that not ridiculious, I am paying 60$ a month at my other gym!! I am totally joining and will go there everyday at lunch!! </p>
<p>CANNOT WAIT FOR SUMMER! This will hopefully be the first summer in YEARS that I will wear a bathing suit in public.. so excited!</p>

<p>Directions: In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, feta cheese and garlic. Form a patty. Cook the burger in a medium skillet over medium heat, flipping approximately every 15 minutes until it&#8217;s cooked internally. Serve with your favorite fruit</p>

<p>Comment: I really liked the taste of a turkey burger vs a beef burger, the garlic and onion really added some zing to the flavor!!</p>
<p>*on a side note, I haven&#8217;t had sugar since Sunday!!! I have never went this long without junk food of some sort.. but I am strictly sticking to this diet. The apple was amazing!! I have never enjoyed an apple as much as I did today, absolutely scrumptious!*</p>

30 gm         Protein Powder</p>
<p>Directions: Combine water, cinnamon and oatmeal in a pot and cook until you get the texture you prefer or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and add ground flax seeds and protein powder and mix well. Top with almond butter and serve</p>

<p>Comment: I really loved the flavor of all the cinnamon in the oatmeal, they almond butter really made it flavorful!! You could not notice the hemp seeds at all and it was quite delicious!!</p>

2 tsp           Pesto Sauce w/ basil<br />
3 oz            Organic Pasta Sauce<br />
2 1/2 oz       Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast<br />
1/4 cup        Chopped Raw Spinach<br />
1 1/2 oz       Low Fat Mozzarella </p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong> Preheat oven to 375 F. Please the small ww wrap on a cookie sheet. Spread a thin layer of the basil pesto sauce on the wrap, top with tomato sauce and spread evenly. Chop up the cooked chicken breast into cubes and add it to the pizza. Sprinkle the chopped spinach and top with grated mozarella. Bake for about 7 minutes until cheese is warm and melted. Serve with tossed salad. </p>

<p>*This was absolutely delicious, the pesto really gave it the the best flavor and perfectly thin crust!! </p>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong> Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!</p>
<p>We tried this smoothie this morning and it was alright, I would have preferred more of a fruit flavor, but it did the trick, not very filling. </p>
