6 1/2 oz Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1/2 tbsp Chopped Onions
1/2 tbsp Egg Whites
1/4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Feta Cheese
Directions: In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, feta cheese and garlic. Form a patty. Cook the burger in a medium skillet over medium heat, flipping approximately every 15 minutes until it’s cooked internally. Serve with your favorite fruit

Comment: I really liked the taste of a turkey burger vs a beef burger, the garlic and onion really added some zing to the flavor!!
*on a side note, I haven’t had sugar since Sunday!!! I have never went this long without junk food of some sort.. but I am strictly sticking to this diet. The apple was amazing!! I have never enjoyed an apple as much as I did today, absolutely scrumptious!*

Sounds great, although I would use veggie mince. I’m always on the look out for good burger recipes rather than buying ready made. Can’t wait for your taste test.
